- 60 ml of Elena Spirits Gin
- 8–10 fresh basil leaves
- 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml of sugar syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
- 2 drops of grapefruit bitters
- Ice
- Garnish: a basil leaf or a slice of lemon
Preparation
- In a shaker, combine the basil leaves and sugar syrup. Gently muddle to release the basil’s essential oils.
