Ours is a gin langhe produced using the “one shot” method: the botanicals are distilled with alcohol only once to preserve their essence intact. We use a copper still from the 1700s fueled strictly by wood fire. It takes patience and passion, but the result is a precious distillate that captures the spirit of the place.
